Despite the seeming chaos, God's gentle presence is always with us to guard and guide. But...we must take time throughout our day to commune or connect with this loving presence, in order to realize the good already available. As with a radio or television, in order to obtain the benefits, we need to tune in to the source.

SPEAK GENTLY
SPEAK GENTLY
Sawley
by David Bates
Appeared in Sharpe's London Magazine in 1848
Speak gently, it is better far
To rule by love than fear;
Speak gently let no harsh word mar
The good we may do here
Speak gently to the erring ones,
They must have toiled in vain;
Perchance unkindness made them so;
O......win them back again
Speak gently, tis a little thing,
Dropped in the heart's deep well;
The good, the joy that it may bring,
Eternity shall tell
